We’ve built up an expertise in installing compliant solutions over this time, working to various sector-specific legislative requirements, including Building Regulations Approved Documents B, E and L and British Standards for sound (residential, industrial, offices) as well as various Health Technical Memoranda.

Each sector has specific needs. Care homes, hospitals and assisted living facilities usually operate a ‘stay put’ fire strategy, requiring longer protection to minimise the need for mass evacuation of vulnerable residents and patients.
Listed properties might require additional sensitivity to the materials, structure and aesthetic of the original building. Live schools and healthcare environments come with additional safety and safeguarding considerations.

Site-specific RAMS
- Detailed RAMS tailored to the specific needs and requirements of the site.
Briefing
- Briefing with site teams prior to commencement to ensure full understanding of the scope.
Regular progress catch-ups
- Regular catch-ups with site/facilities teams to ensure smooth project delivery, check sequencing flow is still workable and address any changes (particularly in the live environment).
Relevant checks
- Deployment of DBS checked site teams where appropriate.
Quality assurance
Quality assurance throughout and certification on completion.
