Pre-start meeting to capture all site-specific needs and considerations, agree the scope, and outline sequencing

Detailed, site-specific RAMS

Briefing

Fully-briefed Pyrotect teams prior to commencement

Real time information

Real-time information on project progress, costs and traceability

Progress updates

Regular catch-ups with site/facilities teams to ensure smooth project delivery, check sequencing flow is still workable and address any changes (particularly in the live environment)

Relevant checks

Approved site teams where required, including airside suitability, MOD vetting and DBS checked personnel as needed

Quality assurance

Quality assurance throughout and certification on completion
