Our Contracts Management team work closely with site management teams to streamline the process as much as possible, both in managing multiple packages on site, and supporting sequencing with other trades, often resulting in budget and time efficiencies whilst achieving certified compliance. Our skilled passive fire protection installers deliver approved and tested passive fire protection solutions in accordance with the site-specific fire strategy, marking up drawings as they pass through the building to provide site management with a detailed package of quality assurance evidence of locations in the envelope or compartment wall that have been effectively protected.

Fire surveys, maintenance and remedial works

Maintaining passive fire protection during the building’s lifecycle is essential in remaining compliant. Refurbishments, upgraded electrical systems and installations of heating and ventilation systems are just some of the ways installed passive fire protection measures can become damaged.

Conducting fire surveys and delivering remedial and maintenance packages in live environments such as these comes with additional considerations, particularly when working alongside vulnerable people and resident safeguarding is a priority for our operatives. With substantial experience in completing these projects, our teams work closely with the site and/or facilities management team to ensure smooth flow of works and minimum disruption and noise on site, with a respect and sensitivity to the needs and requirements of the residents and their homes.
